Delivery and Returns
The time frame for your order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, final quality check and packaging. All in stock items are sent for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Custom order times will be indicated on the product page for the item.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from me to the destination. UK delivery is normally completed within 2 working days after posting via the Royal Mail. International delivery usually takes about 7–14 business days but can take longer depending on the customs regulations within your particular country. Please note for international orders outside of the UK, you will be responsible for any customs and import charges relating to your order, please check with your own customs before ordering what these might be.
All items will be sent via tracked mail, please contact me for a tracking number if your item has not arrived within the estimated time period.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and get a full refund. Custom made items are excluded from our returns policy.
In the event that the goods you receive are either faulty or damaged you must notify us in writing within 5 days of receipt of the goods. We will ask you to return the goods to us with the original packaging, upon receipt of which we will either refund the cost of the goods or replace the goods at our discretion.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the postage and packing to return an item, please ensure the item is returned via a tracked service.
